The centerpiece of the facility is a spacious 20,245-SF hangar. Meticulously engineered to accommodate 5–7 business jets, it ensures that clients have ample space for their aviation needs. Adjacent to the hangar is a garage designed to house up to three cars, along with essential mechanical equipment. The executive suite within the facility offers a private office. Complete with a full bathroom and shower, the office provides convenience and comfort for high-profile clients and their pilots. The adjoining office suite is designed for functionality and hospitality. It features a welcoming reception area for arrivals and departures, a comfortable pilots’ lounge with various amenities, and a dedicated flight briefing zone. Additionally, a high-tech conference room and a fully equipped, first-class kitchen elevates the space, making it ideal for both work and leisure.
