Greg Fix
President/COO
During his 30-year career, Greg has been responsible for over $1.5 billion in gross construction revenue and projects managed including commercial office, hospitality, multi-family, retail, and higher education. Whether a hard bid, CM/GC, or design-build, Greg creates a team environment where everyone excels. Providing seamless solutions from preconstruction through construction, he ensures that each project is designed to budget and managed to exceptional completion. Greg oversees that project development tasks and construction management functions stay on track to hit overall budget, quality, and scheduling targets. Once construction begins, he works closely with Forge’s on-site team to make sure the project meets the owner and client’s goals, vision, and purpose.
Mike Buhler
Project Director
Mike is a safety-conscious and detailed-oriented manager with more than 22 years of construction knowledge. Mike began his career working for a general contractor operating heavy equipment and managing various crews. He later grew into a Superintendent role where he oversaw site safety, USACE, and quality control. Today, he manages projects ranging from the new construction of six-story office buildings to tenant buildouts and remodels. Additionally, Mike has a comprehensive understanding of EM385-1-1 and maintains his 30-hour OSHA certification. Also, a LEED Green Associate, Mike has a thorough understanding of sustainable building principles and practices.
Tony Ramos
Preconstruction Manager
With extensive experience in the construction industry, Tony plays a crucial role in our preconstruction efforts, working closely with design teams and subcontractors to find optimal solutions. He excels in conducting RFP compliance reviews and collaborates with owners, architects, and consultants during project design and estimating phases. Tony’s meticulous approach to project planning is highly valued by clients, who appreciate his attention to detail and commitment to delivering a quality product. His strengths lie in his empathy, discipline, self-motivation, organizational skills, and persistence. These qualities, combined with his technical expertise and diverse background in craftwork, BIM, project management, and estimating, set him apart in the industry.
Scott Rowley
Project Manager
Resourceful and responsive, Scott’s engineering background has prepared him well for his leadership role in construction management. He brings 14 years of industry experience and managing client needs for large regional firms. As Project Manager, Scott will dig into the details when developing construction schedules, maintaining drawings, and managing contract documents. He capably understands drawings, specifications, and building systems and excels at providing feedback and identifying solutions to mitigate issues. Also, a licensed commercial drone pilot, Scott will document project progress to share with clients and owners.
Rob Morris
Director of Preconstruction
With 19 years of industry experience, Rob brings a deep understanding of what is needed to deliver successful projects. Known for his exceptional attention to detail, technical expertise, and leadership, Rob and his team deliver comprehensive and accurate estimates while identifying opportunities for cost savings. He is committed to add value through precise cost analysis, assess constructability issues, and provide practical problem-solving ensures that projects align with both budgetary constraints and design requirements.

Controller
Aaron brings an energetic and thoughtful perspective to every project. He combines a strong work ethic with a focus on collaboration, making sure both clients and team members feel confident in the process. Known for his adaptability and problem-solving mindset, Aaron helps Forge deliver high-quality results while maintaining clear communication. His commitment to excellence and teamwork makes him a trusted contributor to the company’s success.

Ryan Homer
Project Manager
Ryan has over 17 years of experience in construction management, with extensive knowledge of light industrial/ tilt-up buildings and office construction. As Project Manager, Ryan ensures budget, schedule, and quality meet or exceed client’s expectations. Specifically, his responsibilities include working with the design and engineering team to ensure the client’s project is designed, procured and constructed to meet or exceed the client’s expectations while ensuring technical and safety standards are enforced.
