Todd Davis joined the Forge family last summer and quickly showcased his value by finding ways to improve processes and productivity on our job sites. As a project manager, Todd plans and executes the planning, schedule, building, resources, and reporting for Forge construction projects. He’s successfully led the completion of commercial and residential construction projects throughout the western United States. The 25-year industry veteran excels at collaborating and providing oversight to project stakeholders through proactive communication. He promotes open discussion when issues arise and a careful evaluation of mitigation strategies to ensure a project is safely and efficiently built.
Todd knows construction from the inside out. His education includes a bachelor’s degree in technology management from Utah Valley University and a two-year degree in construction management. His hands-on industry knowledge comes from years of field experience working as a laborer, field technician, skilled carpenter, drywall master, and superintendent. As the previous owner of his own construction company, Todd also gets what is essential about business operations.
When not on a job site, Todd has many interests. He enjoys boating, camping, and exploring the wilderness around him. His kids play numerous sports – soccer, volleyball, football, basketball, baseball – and when they’re on the field or court, Todd can be found supporting them as their team coach. An avid collector of basketball, football, and baseball cards, Todd likes to look through his collection and reminisce about “the good ol’ days.” In addition to spending time with his wife of 25 years and his children, he loves going to concerts and regularly travels to see a favorite music group perform.
